.i picked up the camera as a teenager. i'd been amazed by the photography on album covers and joined a camera club in my school. i can trace this album cover thing back to u2's 'the unforgettable fire' in nineteen eighty four. it was shot by the now very famous anton corbijn using a castle in ruins which is about a forty minute drive from my home. i was very intrigued at the time.  so i've watched anton's work over the years and it's been an influence on me. i was lucky enough to meet him in copenhagen a few years ago and got to thank him for opening my eyes to photography. thank you again anton.

.like most photographers i've been on a journey ever since. i've tried many things, some worked, some did not. i've done several exhibitions, solo and group, all of which have been very successful.

.i've strong feelings for several genres of photography but i keep returning to people, simple landscapes, urban landscape and decay. my favourite materials are instant film and regular silver film and darkroom printing.

.this new site is a new start for me, i have very little of my past work on it, as ever i am looking forward. please stop by from time to time, post a comment or sign the guestbook. prints are also for sale, contact me for more info.

thanks
